My Experience Can Make Your Solar Transition Worry-Free

My Experience Can Make Your Solar Transition Worry-Free

In my 12.5 years of experience helping people go solar, I've realized that all the steps leading to the completion of your residential or commercial solar installation should be handled in the most timely, attentive, and hands-on way.

Initial Consultation

The purpose of the initial consultation is to discern whether a solar installation is a viable solution to your electric bills. Is your roof accepting of solar panels? After everything is said and done, will you save more?  Is there any extra work that will have to be done to accommodate the solar installation? Do you have any questions about solar?

All of these questions should be answered to the fullest extent with no deceptive sales practices. If solar is not the best option, you should be told why.

Project Start Date Not Delayed

When a date is agreed upon to start, there should be no delay. If there is a delay, the client should not have to listen to excuses as to why.

Teaming up With the Right People

Sometimes a project needs extra hands are needed for the installation and vetting. Indeed, it takes a load off not to have to worry and check up to see if things are progressing as they should.

Paperwork

Paperwork such as permits, the power company's engineering review paperwork, inspection paperwork, and meter agreements should be submitted without error and promptly to keep the installation progressing.

Customer Service and Communication

Client's should never have to speak to me more than once about a problem. Additionally, they should never have to speak to installers, vendors, city officials, or the power company about problems. My job is to solve those issues and take the burden off the client.

Meter Installs and Inspections

Meter installs should occur promptly and inspections should not have to occur more than once.

Technical and Warranty Support

If technical and warranty support were promised with the installation, they should be honored completely and in a reasonable amount of time.

Promotional Incentives

Any promotional incentives that come with the solar installation should be delivered when promised after the installation.
